My most recent accomplishment includes ZNE analysis of a new physical fitness center at Joint Base Andrews. The USAF commissioned six prototype projects throughout the country to be analyzed for ZNE concepts. The fitness center was the most challenging of the six facility types due to its function and the Mid-Atlantic climate.

Proposal for a recreation center sponsored by the CROC Family. The plan integrated the future mass transit station, Bojangles Arena and land around the station. The facility included baseball fields, soccer fields, indoor pool, outdoor pool and gymnasium. The masterplan proposed adding offices and housing.

After a thorough investigationit was determined that were major flaws in both design and construction of the waterproofing and flashing systems. To correct the problems all drainage and waterproofing system were redone. The brick walls and windows could not be fixed so the windows were removed and an integrated insulated wall and window system was added over the existing brick to guarantee the walls would not leak.

The project was to study the three Uptown light rail stations. Work included meeting with stakeholders around each of the stations.

The study was to create an elevator for Bobcasts Arena and the lightrail station. The glass elevator tower was designed as a vase with the three large video boards flowers. The triangular array of video boards were oriented for viewing from the light rail, Trade Street and the Arena plaza.

The existing ABC warehouse is land locked and prevented future expansion. The solution was to use a automated warehouse systems allowing vertical expansion. The robotic system would increase delivery speed and reduce produced loss.

Church design for West Jefferson NC. The design was base on Pre-engineered Metal Building structure. The design incorporated patina copper metal panels and brick to match the existing church.
